Manage your profile, password, and account security

Updating Your Profile

You can update your profile information from Settings → Profile. This includes your full name, phone number, timezone, and profile photo.

Full name — displayed in emails sent to your beneficiaries

Email — cannot be changed. Contact support if needed

Phone — optional, used for account recovery in future

Profile photo — upload a square image up to 5 MB

Changing Your Password

To change your password, go to Settings → Account & Security → Change Password.

Enter your current password

Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)

Confirm the new password

Click Change Password

Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via email.

Two-Factor Authentication

Coming Soon

Email-based two-factor authentication is coming soon. When available, you will be able to enable it from Settings → Account & Security. You will receive a one-time code by email each time you log in.

Login Activity

You can view your last 10 logins from Settings → Privacy & Security → Login Activity. Each entry shows the date, time, browser, operating system, and IP address.

If you see a login you do not recognise, change your password immediately and contact support at support@legggacy.com.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account from Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

• All your files are permanently deleted from storage

• All beneficiary records are removed

• Your profile and account data are deleted

• Any active subscription is cancelled immediately

Warning: There is no grace period or recovery option for deleted accounts. Make sure you have downloaded any files you need before deleting.
